Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A proof of purchase is required
- Items must be returned from the original shipping country
Important Note: Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bikini bottoms and Bikini tops
- Gifts sets that have been opened or partially used
- Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags
Step-by-Step Return Process
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request using the template below.
We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement item.
Exchange Process
Want a different size, color, or style? Follow the same return process above and specify that you’d like an exchange. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. We’ll ship your exchange item once we receive and process your return.
